LIVE PERFORMANCE

 WHOLE DAY  $600 (8 hours - $100.00 more per hour after 8 hours)

 HALF DAY  $300.00 (4 hours - $50.00 more per hour after 4 hours)

 1 to 3 HOURS  $75.00 per hour 

MBVcityfaces (Valerie Fowler -- makeup artist) must be contacted by phone for a booking at least 48 hours before the start date of a project, production or live performance.

Once you have booked MBVcityfaces for services, MBVcityfaces must be notified by phone at least 24 hours before the start date of a scheduled project, production or live performance with the following information:

• Pay Rate
• Call time (start & finish)
• Day(s) & calendar date(s)
• Duration (how many hours, days, weeks, etc...).
• Complete address with zip code of location(s) & the exact city/ town, state or country
• Ethnic background of each client requiring service(s)
• Number of women requiring make-up service
• Number of men requiring make-up service
• Number of children requiring make-up service
• Number of women requiring hair service
• Number of men requiring hair service
• Number of children requiring hair service
• A minimum of 3 point of contact cell numbers

Per Diem (when food service is not provided): $25.00 per day for full day project, prodution or live performance.

Parking Fees (lot / garage / metered / valet) will be added to the invoice or to your final bill.
You may also arrange in advance to supply a "free parking" voucher. 

Upon Arrival & Departure of Makeup Artist / Hair Stylist:  
If parking is more than one ½ block from the make-up / hair service area please provide at least one assistant to accompany the make-up artist / hair stylist from  their vehicle to the make-up / hair service area & also back to their vehicle from the make-up / hair service area.
