WHOLE DAY $600 (8 hours - $100.00 more per hour after 8 hours)
HALF DAY $300.00 (4 hours - $50.00 more per hour after 4 hours)
1 to 3 HOURS $75.00 per hour |

MBV (Makeup by Valerie) must be contacted by phone for a booking at least 48 hours before the start date of a project, production or live performance or a $50.00 to $150.00 fee will be charged. Once you have booked MBV for services, MBV must be notified by phone at least 24 hours before the start date of a scheduled project, production or live performance with the following information: Pay RateCall time (start & finish) Day(s) & calendar date(s) Duration (how many hours, days, weeks, etc...). Complete address with zip code of location(s) & the exact city/ town, state or country Ethnic background of each client requiring service(s) Number of women requiring make-up service Number of men requiring make-up service Number of children requiring make-up service Number of women requiring hair service Number of men requiring hair service Number of children requiring hair service A minimum of 3 point of contact cell numbers- The make-up artist / hair stylist(s) must be able to reach by phone; communicate clearly; & have the full attention of the point of contact people from any location. A project, production or live performance scheduled on a holiday will be charged an extra $50.00 to $150.00. Travel Fee / Sitting Fee / Kit Fee: $50.00 to $150.00. Per Diem (when food service is not provided): $25.00 to $100.00 per day. Parking
Fees (lot / garage / metered / valet) will be added to the invoice
or to your final bill. You
may also arrange in advance to supply a "free parking" voucher
for the make-up artist / hair stylist(s). If parking for the make-up artist / hair stylist(s) is more than one ½ block from the make-up / hair service area you must provide at least one assistant to accompany the make-up artist / hair stylist(s) from their vehicle(s) to the make-up / hair service area & also back to their vehicle(s) from the make-up / hair service area.
